Twilight Sparkle - A light in the woods by LordSameth Twilight Sparkle - A light in the woods by LordSameth
ANOTHER MLP! YAAAAAAAY!

I was shopping for MLP toys but the ones I liked were too expensive. We stood in the girl's toy aisle and chatted up another lady who was buying littlest pet shop toys.

Obviously Twilight Sparkle...or maybe not so, I have no idea.

Enjoy~

The horn is shaped a bit weirdly, but the pic is great. ^^

The horn was originally a blade, but the glow effects masked it out a bit. I didn't want that silly little stub, she's a budding sorceress after all!

I understand, but usually unicorn horns aren't curved.

Really? In most nature horns are curved of branching. Unicorns look much more natural with it in my opinion.

Otherwise they look like a horse crossed with a narwhal.

I'm not a fan of unicorns and horses anyway, LMFAO.

Unicorn horns actually ARE supposed to look like narwhal horns, though. XD Believe it or not, when you get over the girly stereotypes, the legends and history of unicorns is pretty cool. (This feels like a history lesson...) Anyway, the "proof" that was found long ago of unicorns existence was the constant discovery of their horns. In reality, those horns were actually those of a unicorn. That's why they're straight and spiral lines are typically drawn on them.
It works like this:
bird+horse=pegasus
narwhal+horse=unicorn

Weird, huh? XD

Hmm. My parent's religion shut down stories of stuff like that, so I never grew up with them. I grew up believing most mythical beings as blasphemous nonsense.

I'd still have to say unicorns with bladed and decorative horns are far more appealing to me.

To each their own I guess.

Thank you so much for the interest and the information, I found it very interesting, and perhaps I may look up a bit more on it in my spare time :)

Well no one really BELIEVES in mythical beings, but it makes for an interesting story, don't you think? ^^
And anyway, I guess I can understand why you'd say that a curved horn would be more appealing. Oh, and yw. I found your replies interesting too! :D
